The year is rapidly slipping away.  All to soon (Nov. 11)  I will turn 57 years old.  Its really true,  the older you get the faster time goes by.  Flys by, Zooms by.  Oh! What the hell! Beats the alternative.

There are a couple of things I want to mention. 

First of all, One of my original songs, EXTRA,EXTRA has been chosen to be included on the new  BEST OF COLUMBUS BLUES VOL. II  cd.  The cd is compiled by the Columbus Blues Alliance and should be available before Christmas.

I am also, very happy to annouce that Kevin Specht (aka Jack Cracker) is starting to accompany me at many of my gigs.  He is a fine young guitarist whose energy and style truly adds to my shows.  I am looking forward to him traveling with me.

Finally, as some of you might know,  two years ago my best six string guitar (A beautiful Martin J40M) was stolen.  It has never been recovered.  I am pleased to announce that I am the proud father of a new Taylor (610CE maple) six string.  Her name is "Blondie" and man, can she sing.
